Chocolate Coconut Mocha Porridge
Ingredients
- 50g Slender Chocolate Porridge
- 1 shot espresso
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
- Pinch of salt

Method
Mix together all ingredients into a microwave proof bowl
Cook for 1 minute 30 seconds in the microwave, stirring half way
Top with strawberries, extra coconut flakes and a spoonful of yoghurt
Coconut within this delicious breakfast is high in manganese which is essential for metabolism of carbohydrates and protein.
