100g of plain flour

4 scoops @proteinworld Vegan Slender Blend Salted Caramel

100g plain yogurt

12g baking powder
for the filling:

30g peanut butter

25g maple syrup

cinnamon
Directions

In a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients until no lumps remain.

Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead it by hand for 3 minutes, or until a soft dough forms.

Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes while you prepare the filling—this allows the gluten in the dough to settle and relax, making rolling out much easier.

Roll out the dough and then top with the peanut butter, maple syrup and cinnamon.

Cut your cinnamon rolls

Place your rolls in a lightly greased 9 or 10-inch

Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes
