Coconut Fruity Granola
Ingredients
- 50g Slender Granola
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 20g whole almonds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 30g dried apricot, chopped

Method
- Preheat oven to 150˚c and line baking tray with baking paper
- In a bowl, mix Slender Granola, coconut, pumpkin seeds & almonds
- Melt coconut oil and pour into the oat mixture and mix until combined
- Spread mixture evenly on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes
- Remove from the over, stir in the dried apricot and let cool then serve with 250ml almond milk
