Method
Add the oats to a blender, the blend for 30 seconds, until it's powdery
Add the baking powder, protein powder, eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Blend until the mixture is completely combined and no pockets of oat flour remain
Grease a nonstick pan and heat over medium heat. Cook ¼ cup portions of pancakes for roughly 2 minutes on the first side and 1 minute on the second
Top your pancakes with extra yogurt, fresh fruit and maple syrup

5 scoops Protein World Slender Pancake Mix
1 scoop Protein World Protein Powder
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
½ cup Soy Milk
½ Strawberries
2-3 Teaspoon Butter
Method
In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, protein powder, egg, vanilla and soy milk. Fold in fresh strawberries into the pancake mix.
Heat a non pan stick pan medium low-heat.Once the pan becomes hot, grease with 1 teaspoon of butter. Let cook until the top of the pancake begins to create bubbles and the edges have set. Carefully, flip the pancake using a spatula. Let cook for about 1-2 minutes or until both sides are golden brown. Repeat steps with remaining pancake batter.

Method
Seperate the egg white from the yolks
Place the rolled oats, the egg yolks, banana, protein powder, vanilla extract, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda into a food processor and blend until the mixture is as smooth as it can get.
In a separate bowl, use an electric hand mixer to beat the egg whites until they form soft peaks
Gently fold the two together until they are fully combined. Cook the pancakes on each side, about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown
