4 scoops (50g) Slender Pancake Mix

100ml almond milk

½ tsp ginger

¼ tsp cinnamon

Top with 1 tsp almond butter, 1 tsp maple syrup and 1 small banana

Method:

Mix all ingredients (minus toppings) into a bowl to form a smooth batter.

Heat the pan with 1 tsp of oil and pour 1/2 the mixture into the pan, cook for 30 seconds & flip.
