Fruity Acai Bowl

Ingredients

 

  1. 200g Acai- Frozen

  2. 100g Blueberries- Frozen

  3. 15g Spinach

  4. 2 Ounces Milk substitute

  5. ½ Container Greek yogurt

  6. 1 Scoop Protein world Vanilla ice cream vegan blend

 

Toppings

 

  1. 25g Protein world slender granola

  2. Fruit of your choice

 


Method

 

Add right into whatever you’re using 200 grams of frozen acai, 100 grams of frozen blueberries, 15 grams of spinach, 2 ounces of a milk substitute, 75 grams of your choice flavor Greek yogurt, and 30 grams of your choice flavor protein powder

 

Blend until smooth

 

Serve and Enjoy!

Morning Oats

 

Ingredients

 

  1. Protein World Slender Porridge

  2. 250ml Milk (substitute or water)

  3. 15g protein powder

  4. 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Toppings

 

  1. Granola

  2. Banana slices

  3. Chocolate chips

  4. Hemp seeds

 


Method

 

Add 5 scoops of Slender Porridge and milk in a pan, and cook on a medium heat for 2-3 mins or until thick and creamy. Turn down the heat and whisk in the protein powder until smooth. Pour in another dash or two of liquid, add the cinnamon and vanilla, and whisk for another minute until deliciously creamy. The mixture will thicken upon cooling so take off the heat a little before it reaches your desired texture.

 

Pour the porridge into a bowl and serve with topping ingredients. For an additional protein boost, hemp seeds are a great choice.

  1. Slender Waffle Mix

  2. 80ml Milk (Substitute/water)

  3. 1 whole egg or 20 g of egg white for low fat

  4. Baking powder

 

Toppings

 

  1. Greek Yogurt

  2. Mapple Syrup

  3. Chocolate chips

  4. Hemp seeds

  5. Fruits

 


Method

 

  1. Preheat waffle iron

  2. Add mix, milk, egg and baking powder to a small bowl

  3. Add enough liquid for consistency

  4. Pour batter into waffle iron

  5. Add toppings and enjoy!
