- 3 scoops banana bread mug cake
- 80g blueberries
- 2.5 scoops almond milk
- ¼ tsp coconut oil, melted
Mix mug cake mix, almond milk and oil in a microwavable mug. Add in blueberries.
Cook in the microwave for 50 seconds until risen and cooked through.

- 3 scoops plant based chocolate mug cake
- 3 scoops soy milk
- ¼ tsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp strawberry jam, reduced sugar
Mix mug cake mix, milk and oil in a microwavable mug.
Add a spoonful of peanut butter and jam into the centre, cover with the mix.
Microwave for 60-75 seconds until cooked through, top with more peanut butter if desired.
