Vegan Summer Smoothie Bowl

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 30g Protein World Vanilla Ice Cream Vegan Blend
  • Add a milk alternative to desires thickness
  • Blend together until smooth, add your favourite toppings, and grab a spoon!

    Innocent Eton Mess

     

     

     

    Ingredients:

  • 150g fat free greek yoghurt
  • 10-20g Vanilla Ice Cream Slender Blend
  • 1 small meringue nest
  • Raspberry coulis (50g raspberries, juice of half a lemon, 1 tsp sugar)
  • Small handful of strawberries
  • Blend together the yoghurt & Slender Blend, break up the meringue nest, and combine everything however you like. The messier the better!!

    Pronto Protein Pancakes

     

     

     

    Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 30g Vanilla Slender Blend
  • 40g oats (blitzed to flour)
  • Almond milk to desires thickness
  • 1 drop if vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Mix together until combined, fry on each side for 30-60 seconds. Drizzle with honey and top with your favourite summer fruits.

    'Nice Cream' Topped Pancakes

     

     

     

    Ingredients:

  • For the pancakes:
  • 50g Speculoos Slender Pancake Mix
  • 100ml milk or alternative

  • For the nice cream:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 10-20g Salted Caramel Slender Blend
  • Mix, then fry the pancakes for 30-60 seconds on each side, blend the nice cream until creamy, then plate up. Add indulgent toppings for a Sunday treat!
