Peanut Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 40g (four yellow scoops) Whey Protein Concentrate (or Vegan Blend)
  • 20g (two yellow scoops) ground flaxseed
  • 8 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup/honey
  • nuts/cocoa/desiccated coconut - for rolling

Method

1. Mix together the protein powder, flaxseed powder, peanut butter and agave/honey in a bowl
2. Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in! Roll table spoons of the mixture in your hands to form balls
3. Roll the balls in your choice of toppings (coconut/cocoa/nuts) to help them hold their shape and stop them from getting too sticky
4. Place of greaseproof paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to harden slightly - store in an airtight container
