Ingredients

 

¼ Ripe avocado

 

¼ Cup chopped cucumber

 

1 Small ripe banana

 

½ Cup ripe or frozen pineaple

 

1½ Cups fresh Spinach

 

1 Cup unsweetened coconut milk

 

¼ Shredded coconut

 

1 scoop Protein World vanilla whey protein powder

 

1 tablespoon flaxseed meal

 

Juice of 1 lime

 

Ice cubes

 


Method

 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 2 minutes until all the ice cubes are crushed and the ingredients are totally combined
