Protein Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 50g (5 yellow scoops) chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbs raw cocoa powder
- 3 tbs melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey/agave
- 3tbs almond milk
- 2 tbs dried cherries/cranberries
- 1 tbs walnut halves/pumpkin seeds/pistachios

Method
- 1. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave for 15 seconds or on the hob over a low heat
- 2. Mix in the protein powder, cocoa powder, milk and honey
- 3. Sprinkle with your choice of toppings and pop in the freezer for 30 minutes to set
- 3. Cut the chocolate bark into generous sized chunks and enjoy!
