Protein Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 50g (5 yellow scoops) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbs raw cocoa powder
  • 3 tbs melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey/agave
  • 3tbs almond milk
  • 2 tbs dried cherries/cranberries
  • 1 tbs walnut halves/pumpkin seeds/pistachios

Method

  • 1. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave for 15 seconds or on the hob over a low heat
  • 2. Mix in the protein powder, cocoa powder, milk and honey
  • 3. Sprinkle with your choice of toppings and pop in the freezer for 30 minutes to set
  • 3. Cut the chocolate bark into generous sized chunks and enjoy!
