Ingredients

3 egg whites

30g (3x yellow scoops) chocolate protein powder

1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder (optional – for a more intense chocolate hit!)
Method

Separate the egg whites into a bowl and whisk vigorously, until stiff. You will find it easier to use an electric whisk here or you could use the opportunity to get a serious arm workout!

Add the protein powder and cocoa powder and carefully fold in, taking care not knock all the air out

Scoop into bowls and refrigerate for at least one hour
