Slender Raspberry, Almond Butter Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
- 300ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Handful of ice
- Toppings
- 4 strawberries, chopped
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp rolled oats, toasted
- drizzle of honey
Nutritional Info
Method
- Blitz all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- For the oats, add a tsp of coconut oil to a pan on a medium heat and add the oats, and toast them for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
- Transfer the smoothie to a bowl and add all the toppings
- Enjoy!
