Yoghurt & Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients

4 Scoops of Slender Pancakes

100ml Unsweetened almond milk

1tbsp Coconut oil

15 Blueberries

2tbsp Low fat Greek yoghurt

Drizzle of Maple Syrup

 

Blueberry pancakes

Method 

Add 4 scoops (50g) to 100ml of milk and shake

Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a pan

Pour the pancake mixture into the centre (the mixture should be thick)

Serve and drizzle the syrup over the pancakes and add the toppings

2 rashers of turkey bacon

Drizzle of Maple Syrup

 

Maple & Bacon pancakes

Method 

Add 4 scoops (50g) to 100ml of milk and shake

Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a pan

Pour the pancake mixture into the centre (the mixture should be thick)

Cook bacon in the pan till crispy

Serve and drizzle the syrup over the pancakes and add the bacon

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Slender Blend

  • 100ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 3 squares dark chocolate melted

  • 2 large strawberries

Method 

Add 4 scoops (50g) and 1 scoop of chocolate Slender Blend to 100ml of milk and shake

Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to a pan

Pour the pancake mixture into the centre (the mixture should be thick)

Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl in the microwave

Serve and drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the pancakes and add the toppings
