SUMMER BERRIES PORRIDGE RECIPES
Our new Summer Berry Porridge is here! We know you’re going to love it, so we have come up with four ways that you can use the porridge for some tasty recipes!
Berry Delight Porridge
Ingredients
5 scoops Summer Berries Slender Porridge
150ml almond milk
1 handful blueberries
1 handful raspberries
3 blackberries
Spring of mint (optional)
Method
Add 5 scoops (50g) of Summer Berries Slender Porridge to 150ml almond milk.
Heat for 45 seconds in the microwave and stir.
Heat for 15-45 seconds more depending on how you like your porridge.
Top with fruits, serve.

Fruity Overnight Oats Ingredients 5 scoops Summer Berries Slender Porridge 150ml coconut milk 1 kiwi, chopped 2 large strawberries, chopped Method Add 5 scoops (50g) of Summer Berries Slender Porridge to 150ml coconut milk and mix together in a bowl. Transfer to a jar, cover and refrigerate for 5 hours+ or overnight. Top with strawberry and kiwi, serve. Nutritional information (per serving)

Summer Berries Oatmeal Muffins
Ingredients
5 scoops Summer Berries Slender Porridge
2 scoops Slender Blend Vanilla
2 scoops mixed seeds
1 handful blueberries, chopped
1 handful raspberries, chopped
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 medjool dates
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp flaked almonds
Method (makes 8)
Preheat oven to 180c
Blend all ingredients together except the blueberries, raspberries and almonds, using a food processor.
Once blended, mix in the blueberries and raspberries.
Pour the mixture into a muffin tray. Scatter the flaked almonds over each muffin.
Bake muffins for 30 minutes or until golden.
Serve!
