Raspberry Bowl

Ingredients
3 scoops Strawberry Whey Protein Concentrate
2 tbsp fat free Greek yoghurt
1 handful raspberries
Splash of almond milk

Method
Puree the raspberries, Greek yoghurt, protein powder and almond milk until smooth. The mixture will be thick so add additional water or almond milk if you need to get the blender going.
Scoop the mixture into a bowl and top with toasted oats, seeds and raspberries

Blueberry Bowl

Ingredients 1 scoop Banana Whey Protein Concentrate Handful frozen mixed berries 1 small banana Splash almond milk Toppings
Toasted oats/ granola
Blueberries

Method Add the mixed berries and banana to a blender and pulse to mix together but so that bits still remain whole
Add the protein powder and a splash of milk and pulse again to mix
If the mixture is too thick add more milk and pulse again to desired consistency
Scoop the mixture into a bowl and top with blueberries and toasted oats or granola Nutritional Information

Splash of almond milk

Toppings
Frozen berries
Toasted oats and seeds

Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Add more milk or a splash of water if needed.
Top with frozen berries and/or toasted oats and seeds to serve.
